Open Food Diaries?

I'm looking for gals who have open food diaries (and like to actually cook from home) to share ideas. I'm in about a 1400 cal range, if that matters and usually gluten and mostly dairy free. Feel free to add me if you keep your diary open and like to share! Newbie here. Thanks!

Hi there, have you tried any of the Walden Farms products that have 0 calories, 0 sugars, 0 carbs? It helps to cut some of the calories when cooking with these products, and there are some wonderful recipes here: http://andoverdietcenter.com/ideal-protein/recipes/page/2, also if you look up Walden Farms online, they have their own recipe ideas that will help with the boredom that comes with dieting, maintenance after weight loss. Every bit helps when cutting back. Good job, keep up the work!0
