Am I the only one who thought this thread would be about an emphatic 700 calorie diet?

Nope! And I was excited for the *kitten* storm!!! :grumble:

You both weren't the only ones. I was worried we had an extremely unhealthy dieter on our hands, too.

The absolute easiest way to add calories to your diet is to add fat. Add oil. Add butter. Add avocados and peanut butter and use full-fat dairy and all that other good stuff. Boom, problem solved.

    This^^

I have a recipe for a Cream Cheese "Fat Bomb"... Cream Cheese/Butter/Cocoa/Cinnamon, and sweetener. about 150 cals and 20g of fat. Just something sweet and tasty to add some cals to your total for the day.

Breakfast: 350-400 calories (eggs/toast or cereal and a yogurt or.....)

Lunch: 500 calories (grilled chicken wrap pita with veggies and tatziki sauce)

Dinner: 800 calories (meat, veggies, rice or potato)

    Or

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner = 500 calories each and a 200 calorie snack (or two 100 calorie snacks)

It depends on the diet and what you like....

Not sure what you are getting at....

Or are you confused at what a calorie is?

What the hell is with this guy? Well, there's my dose of morning rage.

Yeah I agree, his post wasn't very helpful and came across as kinda mean ...js
