New Rules of Lifting Supercharged

I've had this book for forever and only recently read through it, and planned my workout accordingly. Simple question, how often to work out this way? Everyday? Every other day?

    I've never read the book but am replying because no one else is.

    Work out what way? What have you outlined for yourself? Is it a balls-to-the-wall workout every time? Probably don't do it every day then. Is it 50-70% of balls-to-the-wall effort? Maybe every day would be ok.

    Depends on where you are with your fitness levels already.
