Activity level when using BodyMedia?

Hi, I've searched for a long time but wasn't able to find the answer. I'm using the BodyMedia armband. Should I have MFP set to sedentary? I ask, because I feel like having it set to lightly active would cause overlap. BodyMedia told MFP to minus 800 calories today. I didn't do any exercise, but walked around stores and cleaned. MFP adds 300 calories to my goal if I set it to lightly active, accounting for the calories that I'll burn while being lightly active such as walking around the store. But BodyMedia records the calories I burn while walking around the store and sends them over, so isn't it being accounted for twice?
I'm trying to keep this question from being confusing, but I'm not having much luck. I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to ask.
Thanks.
