Hello! Alicia here and a co workwer of mine referred me to this website. I have to say this is by far the best free online weightloss tracker I've seen! I am on a mission to lose my LAST 35 pounds. Back in March of 2009 I weighed in at 245 was was a size 22/24. Today I am down to 165 and I am a size 10/12. The last bit to lose can be the toughest! I am currently jogging and using the elliptical trainer. I also just bought Julian Michael's 30 Day Shred and will be starting that up tomorrow. I plan on alternating between the heavy cardio and the 30 Day Shred.
Once I get in the habit of lifting weights again, I would love to find me a workout partner out here in Phoenix. My boyfriend works out five days a week with his buddy at the gym. It's pretty cool to have that partner with you. Of course, the BF would be an ideal gym partner, however he powerlifts in the afternoon and I need to tone up and can only in the mornings. So if anyone lives by the Biltmore Area in Phoenix (and has an LA Fitness membership), let me know!
