Help with my sugars

I don't understand how I can keep within my sugar intake when eating an apple and banana takes me over them or does it not count with it being natural sugars?

Of course it counts because fruits, although healthy foods, still have calories. Stay in your calorie deficit and don't worry about going over your sugar number with fruit. Unless you have a medical issue with sugar - you should be fine.0

Look at where else you're getting sugar from and eat fruits with less sugar0
