Is my calorie deficit the calories remaining on the app at the end of the day? e,g the last few days after all food and after adding exercise my cals left were... 514, 725, 477...
What does this mean and why is this important? I'm not looking to lose fat anymore really, just maintain and get my perfect butt!

Your deficit is already built into your daily goal on MFP so make sure you have the correct amount of lbs lo lose a week selected in your goals section. Sounds like you are eating well under your calorie goal so you might want to look into ways to increase your intake.0

I eat around 1500-1600 cals a day and burn around 600-700 at the gym four times a week. Should I be eating more cals for the amount I work out?0 -
I weight around 121lb, I thought the calories I was eating were enough!0

Yes!

This is a really good calorie calculator that breaks down your needs a little better than MFP does. Try putting your stats in and see what you get. There is a number called BMR in there, that is basal metabolic rate, or the number of calories your body needs just to function. Then TDEE, total daily energy expenditure, is how much you use based on how much you move throughout the day.0 -
wow apparently I should be eating 1897 just to MAINTAIN my weight! woops! I had no idea we were meant to eat back the exercise calories. Thanks guys!0
