    It'd be a toss up between my thighs and my midsection. Only areas in which I store fat and the only places upon which there are stretchmarks.

    I would love to not have naturally super chubby cheeks and a squared jaw ... a heart shaped face would be better, please. Everything else I can live with.

    I don't really care so much about the stretch marks, I consider them hard earned.... but I would love to get rid of the baby pooch that just never goes away no matter what I do.

    I think I am going to be able to get rid of this last bit of belly fat, but my butt has completely disappeared as I've lost weight.. I don't guess it is a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I'd like to have it back.

    If we're talking plastic surgery, probably my stomach.
    If we're talking about what I would change if I could change anything at all, I'd probably want longer fingers, lol (since I have a mild form of Brachydactyly).

    Heavy weighted squats, lunges, dead lifts. They are your butts best friend.

    Nothing. I would lose some fat, like I'm doing atm, but I would change nothing with surgery. It takes away all the f'ing glory of achieving your goal.

    It also diminishes your self-esteem. Why would you need any change in the first place? You are beautiful the way you are, but you might not see it. And that fits every single person in this world.
