Wait another week, up calories, reduce calories?

Hello, I have been on MFP for 4 weeks (well off and on for years..but 4 weeks starting back up). Anyway, I have lost one pound a week, eating the calories set by MFP. I don't eat exercise calories (I know this sparks contraversy but go with me). I don't eat the exercise calories because I have a splurge meal on Saturdays (just one meal). I have lost a pound a week for four weeks and this week I am the exact same. Should I wait a week and see if the scale moves, up my calories, or reduce my calories? Thoughts? and thank you in advance.

    be patient...1lb a week is good...

    weight loss is not linear but after one week...that is not enough time to even start to think about fiddling with the numbers.

    What she said. Keep doing what you're doing. If you've got no movement after a month or so, then it's time to maybe change things around.

    As the others have said - patience is key!
    I didn't lose anything for 2 weeks recently and this week my scale dropped by 2lbs in 4 days. Wight loss isn't linear as much as we'd like it to be!:tongue:
