  • I am game for a 25-day challenge! I just got "Back to it" ... tracking, that is! Funny how the tracking begets results. Without the tracking, I slip and slide all over the place. Sloppiness sets in and forgetfulness takes over with every aspect of what we have to do to obtain the momentum. So, I'm in for tracking and climbing back on the treadmill of doing positive things for my health -- deliberately and with focus! Let's go!

    25 days of fitness. Basically just 25 days of being extremely diligent in your fitness or weight loss goals.

    Yay glad to have you on board :) I hear you about the like.. forgetting part. When Im part of a challenge it keeps me mentally focused on my goals throughout the day. Less likely to slip into bad habits.
