Starting Weight: 215
Current Weight: 201
Goal Weight: 175
I have a holiday coming up in mid June, of which I would like to have reached the goal by, I want to have a nice tone by then, but dont know whether to keep at the weight loss then start toning exercises when I get down to 180 or start at 190 or even now.
Shall I stick at the cardio and fat loss till I am a lower weight before toning?

the answer to life is always more squatz.
it's never to soon to start lifting.
There is absolutely no reason to wait till you hit a certain weight to start strength training. Just for it- the advantages drown out whatever trivial disadvantages there might be (I can't even think of one legitimate disadvantage)0 -
The day to start lifting heavy? Yesterday. :drinker:0

I agree with the others. Lifting will aid in weight loss and minimize muscle loss. Don't wait.0
