I am more than sure this has been posted somewhere else (although I can't seem to find the exact answer I am looking for)
I just recently purchased and started wearing my FitBit One ( I absolutely LOVE this little thing) However, I am having trouble understanding the food logs in MFP , the FitBit app and the calories burned between the two.

I wear my FitBit literally all day. I wear my HRM when I am at the gym on the treadmill for about 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. Should I let FitBit do the calculations for the time I am at they gym or should I manually enter the distance and calories burned from my HRM into MFP? Is it logging the steps and activity twice if I manually log on MFP? Should I enable the negative calories in MFP? My TDEE -20% is 1698 calories, however my FitBit shows 894 calories for today, 1393 calories for yesterday. I am GENUINELY confused here!

Any help or clarification is greatly appreciated! I apologize if this has been posted somewhere else. I am just trying to get as accurate a reading from my devices as I can!

Personally, I think you should do it manually, FitBit calculates calories burned by motion sensor and doesn't have a heart rate monitor built in, your HRM would most likely be more accurate for calorie burn.
