Edamame Calories

How many calorie are actually in edamame IN the pods? All the data seems to be for 1/2 cup shelled. I know it can be that high when they're in the pods. Anyone have a good estimate?

    Hmm. You would probably have to weigh them while shelled and then after eating them, weigh the shells and subtract. I don't think that measuring with a measuring cup is going to be very accurate.
