Calorie Count

I am curious. I am doing good about keeping my calories at 1200; however, sometimes my sugar and fiber are over the allotted amount. Is that bad as long as my calorie intake is staying around 1200? If it is bad, is there someplace I can look up foods an easy way to show me what doesn't have sugar or protein? Thanks in advance.

Going over on fiber and protein is actually a good thing, not a bad thing. As far as sugars go, as long as the sugar came from fruit or veggies then that is not added/processed sugar. MFP does not separate added sugar and natural sugar. So only count the sugar that is added and try not to go over your allotted amount based on that. :bigsmile:0
