My body transformation

I have always had an extra 10 or so lbs on my body, although by body does hold weight rather evenly all over. I have always wanted to loose those extra 10 lbs and get really fit (im talking abs and barely any body fat) so this time i decided i was doin it. I travelled to Thailand with a gf about 3 years ago and gained about 30 lbs. My mother said she barely recognized me the change was so drastic! My highest weight is about 176, and now i am down to 136... so in total i lost around 40 lbs. It took me quite a while, as i love to party, drink, and i do love my junk food and mcdonalds.... i have been maintaining this weight for over a year now, with fluctuatin 5lbs here and there. I did this by working out 4-5 times a week but only for about 30 minutes a day, becuase i feel if i over do it I wont have the motivation to talk myself through an hour workout.. after i started working out, i realized i loved it and i loved seeing the changes it was brining about in my body. I still do drink, although not half as often, and when i do, the next day i dont spend all day eating horrible foods and being hung over, i start right back up with my healthy breakfast (which is a MUST everyday) I eat eggs every morning, and a snack thereafter every 3 hours. I try not to eat after dinner, but if i do, i dont punish myself or fall off the wagon like i used to and binge eat for dats when i ate snacks.. i just get back on track the next morning, even if you eat treats, excersiszing keeps your metabolism burning off those fats much more than when you ate snacks and didnt work out. I enjoy life now, and dont worry about ever gettin to that weight again.. You cant tell much in the picture but i lost a great deal.. also today is MY BIRTHDAY! So tonight i will eat treats and all those yummies... not work out.. and wake up tomorrow starting fresh! every day is a fresh day! Dont get yourself down when you fall off the wagon or make a mistake.. its the long run you need to maintain the diet.. and if you never enjoy anything you are sure to fall of!! have a good day everyone! Brown hair is my heaviest, blonde is me now! I still want to tone, and get my 6 pack, so i think another 10 lbs of fat has to go and i need to gain some muscle!p.s wearing the same dress.. haha
