I made a thread before but I messed up the info so I'm just gonna post it here as well
Ok, I'm 18 Male 68 kg and 5 ft 8 judging by my bmi I think I burn around 2000 calories per day + the 300-500 exercise that I do. I eat around 1300-1600 calories per day, so I am defo eating less calories than I am burning. Since November i have lost about 1 stone, and I am going abroad in July, I want a flat stomach, maybe even to be able to see a little bit of abs :P
I drink water every day and eat a little bit of fruit and veggies, I really don't like them but i eat a banana and baked beans which count as 2 of 5 a day, for diners I have stuff like chicken and beans or sausage rolls and beans, or eggs and cheese.. I don't eat sweets/chocolate or fastfood. Maybe on the weekend once every 2 weeks I'll have an Indian like a curry, but not often, so even if I eat stuff like this but keep my intake at 1600 i will still be losing weight?

So you're 5'8" now? Are you still 152 pounds or did that change in the last hour as well?

You've posted 3 different heights and you went from 152 lbs to 149 lbs. I just want to make sure YOU'RE SURE about your measurements this time so that you can get accurate advise.

Depending on what information is accurate, you seem to be at a perfect weight for your height. Why are you trying to lose it?

Ok, a stone is what...14lbs? So you're averaging about a pound a week loss. I'd say keep doing what you're doing and you should lose another stone by summer. i'm not sure if that'll get you to where you want to be but you can't target your fat loss. Your body will lose it as it sees fit. Sounds to me like you're doing everything right. The closer you are to your target healthy weight, the slower you'll lose it.

Thanks you! The food I am eating isn't healthy but it's not really bad.. I'll tell you what I have during a week
Monday - Chicken Nuggets and baked Beans
Tuesday - sausage rolls and baked beans and cheese
Wednesday - Lean steak meat in a baguette with cheese
Thursday - Quesidillas (Thursday is the day I maybe go over my calories intake by 100-200, basically my bad day)
    Friday - Cheese Pasta
I don't eat fast foods or sweets or anything like that, so basically I can eat that stuff^ just as long as I don't consume more calories than I burn? Thanks

Honestly, even if you are still eating within your limits, you are eating a lot of processed foods, and probably a ton more sodium than you should. (nuggets, cheese, pasta, quesadillas). I'd try and lay off some of the carbs/ sodium, and really REALLY try and eat more veggies. Replacing 3 meals a week with a salad couldn't hurt.

When you lost weight, you were eating at a calorie deficit. If you arent losing weight anymore, you arent eating at a deficit....
