Hard to get up in the morning!

Hi there, I'm wondering if someone can maybe give me some tips or advice regarding having trouble getting up in this morning. I'm sure I'm not the only person with this issue, but I have a REALLY hard time with it. I just can't seem to wake up. To the point where I almost always have to rush because I don't get up until the last minute.

It takes me forever to get out of bed to go shower. I probably hit the snooze button 2-3 times. Then after I do go and shower, I want to get back in bed after.

Does anyone have any tips for getting up more easily in the morning? I'm not sure why its always so hard for me. I've always had this issue. I look at my sister and she's the opposite. She gets up early everyday without a problem. Please let me know if you have any tricks. Thanks.

    21 Days is all it takes to change the habbit of snoozing.

    Clean bedding
    Start off go to bed 30mins early your not missing anything by doing this.
    Set the alarm for 15mins before with a snooze of 5 mins. Snooze 3 times.
    Take a shower.
    While in the shower chew some gum or a mint., you cant fall alseep if your eating, (strange fact this one) this should wake you up enough to eat properly and rustle something up.
