So I have finished Inanity. I'm tired and feeling a bit woeful lol BUT I did it. I had waaay more weight results in the first month (14 lb) - but have tightened and toned in the second despite only losing a pound. I am pleased but wish I had equally brilliant results in both months. starting weight: 168, finishing weight: 163. (15lb lost and about 15 inches, too).

I didn't take pics from the start (too ashamed) so pics are end month one and end month two.

End month one:

I have resized photos and I have had problems in the past with resized photos so may have to update in a day.

I would totally recommend this programme - it is hard but it has kickstarted my new lifestyle! Only 13 more lbs to go (though my measurements are more or less spot on, just an inch off waist a few more off hips and thighs :D)

I finished insanity with my husband. I didn't take pictures either, but I felt so much more able in everything physical once I was finished. Even my golf swing was more powerful from building core strength. Congrats on keeping with it. It was hard and I know about 6 people that did not finish in my friend group.

I think your weights are wrong. 168-163 isn't 15 lbs lol. Anyway congrats!!! I can't seem to keep doing the program. I'm better at sticking with it if I have a date and time I need to be at the gym for a class than to just pop in a workout dvd at my house.

Starting weight 12 stone, end month one 11 stone, end month two 10 stone 13, 15lb or one stone one lb lost. Ive obviously mistyped the lbs. Sorry.

    Maybe she meant 178 and 163, or 168 and 153 :P

That's what Insanity does to you. Renders you unable to do simple maths. 'This maths is bananas, yall!'

    12 stone (168lb or 76.2kg) to 10 stone 13 pounds (153 lb or 69.4 kg).

The pictures only show one pound as I didnt take at the start of the 'journey' and instead show fro mend month 1 to end month 2.

In total I lost 2 inches from bust,1.5 from L bicep, 1 from R bicep, 4 from waist, 4.5 from hips,2.5 from L thigh, 2 from R thigh,1.5 from L calf and 2.5 from R calf (so 21.5 inches in total?) and body fat from 28 to 26.25
