Adding moves to threadmill

I have recently added side crunches and some dance movement to my threadmill workouts. Will that help in weight loss? I'm on the treadmill for an hour if that helps. I usually have it at a pace of 3.0 when I'm adding the extra movement so I don't fall off while the treadmill is moving. Lol

I mean ... no.
Eating at a deficit will make you lose weight.
Exercise helps your health and gives you more calories to eat a day.0 -
I say do whatever you want as long as you keep moving. Safety first, of course.0

Absolutely. I have been eating 1200 calories a day to lose a 1.5lbs a week. I am 43 years young and weigh 184. I have eating right and going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and staying from an hour to an hour and a half daily. I do that in the evening and do 30 minutes of strength training on my lunch breaks.0
