Yup, you sure do! I put all of the ingredients into MFP recipe builder saying it creates 5 servings and that was the info it provided. It's super filling. Enjoy0 -
I'm in college and pay for my own food, so I understand lunch on a budget. Since I like lunch to be my medium meal of the day, I find that a can of Chef Boyardee fills me for about 4 hours. One 400 g can has 1.6 servings in it, so for the most part they are anywhere from 270-400 calories, depending on the variety. I get mine for $0.88 at Walmart. I also get lean pockets at times, but I feel like just a lean pocket isn't enough to fill me up, and lean pockets are slightly more expensive per serving, so I normally stick with Chef.0
