Back.. AGAIN! Help me stay on Track.

Ok, I know I have not been around for some time but life has thrown me some nasty curve balls between 2 minor surgery's, My Father and Middle Brother passing a couple months ago gained back almost all the weight I lost on my last diet. But it is time to get back on track. My last time here I bought a Omega Juicer and started a diet that DID work (lost 7)but started getting costly on Juicing ingredients also did not like wasting the pulp/fiber, I recently bought a Nutribullet (Recipes for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and weight lost welcomed) and am now going to try back to back Dr. OZ 3 day Detox and 2 week Diet. I will continue to try to walk 2 miles a day I also now play Pickle Ball 2 times a week. and plan to take Swimming lessons (I can swim but very inefficiently) and hopefully Scuba lessons as well.

Day 1 Dr. Oz 3 day Detox stats height 5'10", Weight 208.4 lbs, Waist 41.6", Body Fat 25.60% (according to my scale), bone 7.8%, Water 54.30%, Blood Pressure 128/93 mm Hg, Pulse 90, Fasting Glucose 116 mg/dL Stay tuned for tomorrows report.
