What do you recommend?

I have made a couple posts about my situation.

Im looking for a good workout routine that I can do at home. Im assuming that I need to just tone up? Just belly pudge and I weigh 118 and am 5'3".

I would prefer something I can follow from a video? I only own 2 two pound hand weights and 2 five pounds ones as well.

Also, Im struggling on what foods to eat.

Normally for lunch I pack a whole wheat sandwich with 2 pieces of deli turkey, one slice of American cheese and some light miracle whip, then I pack a yogurt.
