Late 2010 into 2011 resolutions!!!
I think its always a good idea to think ahead..and right now Im thinking of resolutions for the new year some that I can begin working towards now!!!
Is there anyone with me on that?? In 2011 I will have my 10year reunion and YES I still see some classmates out and on facebook but I wanna go back a lean mean fitness machine.
Here is a list of 11(for 2011) of my goals
1. A race a month(mostly small 5 and 10ks-with two full marathons-one spring-PGH and one fall-Marine Corps
2. Complete an olympic distance tri(1500 meter swim, 40k bike ride, 10k run)-in mid summer
3. Lose 40lbs(Hard not to with the above activities)
4. Cut all diet pop from my diet
5. Eat vegetarian at least 3 days a week(minimum)
6. Track/monitor my fitness and diet on here DAILY
7. Feel confident to wear a bikini(and look it)
8. Take up a different fitness venture either monthly or every other month(even if a single class) to find a new love
9. Become a certified Personal Trainer
10. Inspire my best friend(s) to get on the fitness bandwagon
11. As a result of a marathon..the biggie QUALIFY FOR BOSTON!!!!

I def love listing things. My prob is I think I might go overboard sometimes with whats realistic. So lets see if I can stay down to earth with this one...
- fit into those damn size 29/7 jeans i have (not stretch, makes it alot harder)
- perk up my tushy by next summer so ican strut in in a rio cut bikini
- be able to do kickboxing class by this december without my body causing me panic
- rid my body of all "cheesey" spots by next summer
- develop some nice arms by next year
- morning jogs with jacob0
