Not Eating Enough?

I take Concerta for ADD and it kills my appetite. I want to eat more in the morning, and less at night, but I am never hungry after I take my medication and then only get hungry later at night. I have to force myself to eat and even then I don't eat much. I have been trying to reach my daily calorie goal in a healthy way but it has been very difficult. Now my metabolism is slowing down. Not sure what to do with myself. Might talk to a nutritionist.

If you're hungry later at night, then that's when you should eat. As long as you feel fine, the time you eat doesn't matter so much. Focus on calorie dense foods. Peanut butter, avocado, nuts in general. And it wouldn't hurt to talk to a nutritionist.0
