    as for cravings for pizza... have some. Get the cravings out of your system. Adjust what you eat for the rest of the day to make room for the pizza in your calories and macros.

    I was getting them in my e-mail for awhile, finally unsubscribed.. order pizza like 75% less now. Stupid impulse cravings.

    Im glad pizza makes me crazy sick, it helps me avoid eating it. That is a really good call on unsubscribing though!
