Grilled Marinated Swordfish

This is my all time fave fish dish... this is my dinner tonight.. Yum~O!

INGREDIENTS
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 swordfish steaks
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 slice lemon, for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS
In a glass baking dish, combine the garlic, white wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix just to blend. Place swordfish steaks into the marinade, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning frequently.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Grill swordfish steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
