A few questions with weight loss

So I want to lose a few lbs.. I have just recently started counting calories, but I've lost a stone in a few months by just drinking less fizzy juice and more water, walking more and eating less and not eating anymore sweets/chocolates, forgot to mention I'm 5 ft 8 152 lbs and 18 year old male. I was wondering how much fat, protein and calories you think I should be having a day? I seen somewhere I should eat 150g of protein, but that seems like a lot! So far today I've had a glass of water and 2 hard boiled eggs which is 144 calories, 9.6g of fat and 12.6g of protein. Should I have this for breakfast everyday to help me get my protein intake up? And my last question is if it's like 8-9 PM, and I haven't reached my calories/fat/protein intake should I have something to eat to reach my intake even though it's pretty late? Thanks for reading.

I eat anywhere between 100-120g of protien a day based on my BF% of 25%...so 150 isn't far off from that..but that being said...you weigh less than me...so I suspect you don't need that much either.

0.8g of protien per each pound of LBM...is sufficent...I suspect you need about 130g...

As for how much you need to eat if you enter your data into MFP accurately...it will tell you that.

But with 9lbs to lose make sure the weekly weight loss goal is 0.5lbs a week...

As for reaching your goal..yes you should try and reach it as close as possible...

Oh and another question was, does it matter what protein I eat as long as I reach my protein intake? For example if I've ate 70g of protein and I need 80g, I eat something like cheese on toast that has 10g or protein would that work? (And I know cheese and toast probably doesn't have 10g of protein lol)

    Protien sources are numerous...

Cheese, lean meats, fish, seafood, greek yogurt, yogurt, eggs, milk etc.

No it doesn't matter where you get your protien...

and a serving of cheese 30g has about 7g of protien...100 calories (mine does anyway)

Thank you! So do you think this is ok to have daily..
For breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs and for lunch a yogurt and a piece of fruit, (a banana or an apple) and for dinners whatever I want such as chicken goujons.. Baked beans, sausage roll, to get my fat intake up? As long as I don't go over my calories limit?

It is an individual choice on how you get your calories...

My diary is open and my typical breakfast is either 1egg+1egg white 2 pieces of toast and bacon and cheese or...2 servings of cereal a piece of toast with butter and 1c of milk

Lunch is usually leftovers like today it's salmon steak and veggies...

Dinners are lean meats or seafood or even fast food...

Snacks are yogurt, chocolate, fruit etc.

Ok, I just really don't like veggies.. I often eat soup and baked beans that both say "1 of your 5 a day" so i guess that kinda counts, right?

Eat whatever you want to hit your goals. I would personally go insane eating only 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast everyday, but if it works for you, do it. You should always aim to net at least your BMR, so if you have calories left in the evening, then eat something that fits into your calories and macros. The time of day you eat has nothing to do with whether or not you will lose weight.

Thanks for the reply, I may have bread with the eggs some mornings, but 2 boiled eggs fills me up. And sorry but I have 1 more question lol, I used to drink a lot of fizzy juice, (ALOT) I was having almost 2 litres everyday of fizzy juice, and for the past 2 months I've changed that to 2 litres of water everyday, and now I maybe have 3 or 4 cups of fizzy juice a week, is this ok to do as a treat? I don't normally eat sugary things like chocolate, only a couple of teaspoons of sugar in a cup of tea some nights.

And I know I have to reach my calories, protein and fat intake, but what happens if I don't reach my carbs intake? Is that bad?

Carbs are an important source of energy for your body and brain. Other things that are tied to carbohydrates are things like fiber and some vitamins and amino acids that you need for proper hormone production. Carbs are found in grains, vegetables, and fruit. You should have a couple servings of each every day for your brain, nerves and hormones to function properly over you lifetime.

That being said, the default setting in MFP isn't necessarily the goal everyone should have. Some should probably have less. Some might want more.

I like to drink diet ocean spray cran pom juice @ 10calories a cup and add club soda...or a diet coke...

You can have treats as long as they fit in your calories...even fast food...imagine.
