Week One...Done.

Hey Hey, so my first week is over and I am happy to say that I am 8 lbs lighter...I don't know how, But I'm not complaining. I can say that I have eaten nothing but healthy..I've walked everyday..A mile is about all I've got..and not because I'm out of breath..but because I'm so out of shape my legs hurt so freakin bad. Anywho, It's getting better and I'll kick it up a notch soon. Unfortunately, I have not logged like I should have...and I've probably come short on my calories most days....Other than having a cold and trying to get over it..I'm feeling good..I have the motivation to get off my azzzzz everyday and go walk..I'm not starving..Im loving the food that I'm eating..Bring on week two!
