Will I lose all my hard work on hols?

I'm going away for around 12 days on holiday. I'm staying at a friends and won't get the chance to go to the gym, I'll miss around 6 workouts in this time! I'm so worried I'll lose all my hard work and toning up :( what would you guys suggest I do? Maybe diet before so I can afford to put some weight on? Help!

    you don't need a gym to stay active - write down a list of body weight/resistance exercises you can do in your room, on the beach, or wherever you happen to be. as long as you eat smart and stay active, you won't suffer.

    It would be great if you can get some body weight workouts in during the trip. But even so, two weeks won't set you back that far. It's also tough to track calories and macro's on vacations. Just do your best to make smart food choices and eat lots of veggies and protein.

    Thanks for the advice :) Will have to hope she has some weights! I only lift little weights anyway, maybe i can lift a chair or something haha x
