non heat luch options

I do home care and have a busy day with only 15 min between clients and no access to heat lunch. Looking for food options to take with me. Also, I will be biking all day starting next month, so I need something easy and quick to eat, and munch on that is not so messy and easy to take in my sac. Thanks for any options. Getting bored with just veggies and fruit.

I've been taking leftover grilled chicken and tossing it in a salad. I also love to keep hard boiled eggs with me for a quick snack. Sandwiches work well too!

There's a book for athlete's food called " The Feed Zone Cookbook". It has a whole section of on-the-bike recipes like rice cakes (sweet and savoury), portable potatoes, and muffins. Also, a killer sweet potato and egg burrito.

Bonus - the nutrition profiles for many of these are already in the database for MFP.
