I trim off the tough ends and mix them with a little olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Then heat up a grill pan or heavy skillet. Toss them in and cook them about 5 minutes or so until they are tender to bite. They should have a little bit of char on them. Finish off with with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
