Wow this could be long. ok ok ok ok
Short story! Lost 50 lbs, have been in the 'maintaining HELL' for the past 3 years, I can fluctuate 10 lbs in 4 weeks if my Diet and Exersise Schedule changes (I have records to prove it ... it sucks!)
So My (now husband) Proposed to me August 26th, The week before that we were in Quebec working Messed up hours (18 - 20 hour days) on a totally different time zone, and it messed up my eating, fast food and BBQ hot dogs the only option (I don't eat burgers) and we were in the middle of no where, I mean it was my only option
Back to Quebec Second week of September same schedule (I work for a racing team, have to travel to events) same no exercise and bad diet schedule, though this time I did buy some fruit! which all went! - still stuck with fruit and hot dogs)
Then I had my Wedding September 18th! YAY! (pics below cuz I'm soooo excited and happy! Which meant, two bottles of champagne, 3 celebrations with friends = Tons of booze, and bad food!
In any case, I put back 3 lbs MORE than I lost this summer 10 lbs from August 26 - September 19th.
I read this article http://weightlossandtraining.com/increase-metabolism-how-to
Which really has motivated me to start working out in the mornings once again! I go every morning from 5:50 - 6: 40 doing 30 minutes cardio, rest abs and body training. Which I feel great about, I have more energy than I have in a long time, and the only pain is actually getting out of bed! !!! So I need some support on getting back into it, at starting at BEFORE Square 0!
I can't stress enough what consistancy can do for you! I lost my consistancy for a month and lost track! 1 week later, I'll update my measurements and weight weekly, which I'm totally against! But maybe it will help me gain some confidence again ?
I feel poopy because I'm 10 lbs heavier than I normally am in these photos, but whatever, I have another wedding in NewZealand on the beach in February, I will look AWESOME in those ! I promise myself!

You look awesome, congrats on your wedding! My wedding is in 5 weeks and I lost 50 pounds, but have gained back 10 since I bought my dress. Wish me luck that I don't look like a cow in my dress
Congrats again!0 -

OMG Have you ever heard of the show 'Bulging Brides' It's Filmed in Vancouver BC (My hometown) They have a show just for this! ... are you on some plan to lose ? or are you going to get alterations? Not in the healthiest way, but you can lose 3 lbs per week if you were VERY strict with diet and exersise, that would help you lose 15 lbs in time for wedding, but maybe not alterations? Have fun at your wedding! Mine was great! just my parents and immidiate family, planned it in 3 weeks! haha

You look absolutely beautiful! I lost 10 pounds right before my wedding but ended up gaining 30 pounds over the year after. I kept that weight on for 3 years! Now, I have lost 55 pounds and I really have to work to keep it off but I am determined this time. Beautiful pics...You just took me back to my wonderful wedding day.0

Thank you that's really motivating to me! And congrats for keeping it off ...! :-)
Do you find, with your significant weight loss, that if you do slip and lose track, you gain it back really easily ? It took me 4 months of constant activity to lose 7 lbs this year, trying to lose 'the last 10 lbs' and it only took 4 weeks to put it back on, it's sooooo agrivating! ... yet a good lesson! haha0 -
Those are very beautiful pictures! You look very happy!0
