Anyone else doing silm in 6??

I bought it before i got pregnant and gave up on it.....but now that I am determine as can be. I started today and plan on continuing it. Anyone else doing it? let start rying to beat it add me or post below.... Let me know how your silm in 6 workout is going. Today on Day 1 I felt exhuasted

that would be awesome if you do then you should add me..... I am having to take break days since i didn't have any muscle i tried to do it today but was to sore so probably going to walk 30 mins to make up for it
