I see so many posts about people hating their bodies, people criticizing others about calorie intake, people obsessing over food, etc...
BOTTOM LINE PEOPLE is that our real goal here is to get healthy and feel the best that we can. AND ENJOY LIFE. Seriously, we get so wrapped up in body image, what other people think...really? So shallow. Yes, we all want to look good, but to become so focused on that is crazy. Focus on healthy eating, not counting every calorie, being active, not spending endless hours in the gym only to be frustrated by the weight not coming off, having fun, not dreading looking in the mirror.
This is the only body we have. Treat it well, with kindness, love and good food. Not beating it up and starving it. We get one chance at this. Be happy and be healthy.
