Has anyone here tried the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet; basic concept is higher protein, good carbs and good fats....the book is easy to follow with suggestions of meals that we all eat as normal people, including cereal, bread, potatoes.....

Yes I know someone it worked really well for. The CSIRO is a government scientific agency so its credible.0
