Hello

Hello everyone, I am 41 years old(soon 42), I have stopped smoking for 74 days( YAY) I didn't want to gain weight so I started working out at the end of Jan. and I am so discouraged. I was checking my weight everyday ( I know I am not suppose to) but I have stopped now. I just want to loose about 5 pounds and tone up, neither one is working out so well. I work out 5 to 6 days a week; I have started Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, I am on week 2 but I also workout on the Bowflex for 10 to 20 minutes and take a brisk walk up a hill twice after dinner. I feel like I am getting no where! Am I missing something? I have tried the protein shakes after I work out but I swear I think they increased my appetite! Any suggestions?
