Garcinia Cambogia - would love to hear user feedback

After reading for months about Dr. Oz and the Garcinia Cambogia craze I ordered some pills (I researched so made sure I was getting a good brand, not cut/mixed with fillers). I've been using it for 3 days now - not really noticing any difference in my hunger so not sure if it takes a while to kick in. I am not using this as a "wonder pill" to make me lose weight - more as a supplement to help with the process. I'd love to hear anyone's comments on their use and/or suggestions.

Thanks!

    Sorry doesn't work on humans.

It does work on rats though. Which is where a lot of the case study claims come from (but to reiterate - Doesn't work on humans)

But on the plus side it is safe to take - it just doesn't work.

Just do a search on here and you will see plenty of feedback on both Dr Oz and Cambodia, none of it good, and for good reason.
Hang on, because this thread might get out of control real quick, please do not take it personally! Good luck on your journey!

if you mention Dr. Oz or miracle weight loss pills on here, people will chew you up and spit you out. LOL! Sorry, I too wish that there was some good reliable appetite suppressant or pill that would help with weight loss, but they're all gimmicks. Maybe one day something will come along, but you can be rest assured, if it does, it will spread like wildfire and from good reliable sources instead of a tabloid or someone like the grand and wonderful Dr. Oz. Take care.

The only thing I noticed when I tried it was that it makes you "feel" better. I did read somewhere that it increases your bodies serotonin levels so it could possibly de-rail stress eating. As far as making me less hungry didn't happen. I also take coQ10 which I think is much better for your pocket book. I think I feel more energetic but this could also just be from eating a more healthy diet.

I believe these are pills that are made from the tropical fruit Garcinia Cambogia which is called kodampulli in Kerala, India. Rather than buy pills try cooking with it. It's great in fish and seafood curries. This way you good lots of other stuff that's good for you, like fish.

If Doctor Oz says it's good- it's probably a waste of money.
