Awful pulling feeling in shin with Turbo Twist -

For those that are familiar with Turbo Jam - know that each cardio session has a ton of those darn twists! For some reason when i do the knee lift part of it - I get a tearing (very sharp pain) feeling in my shin !?!?! I am fine through the whole thing except those with my left leg.
Anyone know what gives?!?! How to I fix / stop this?
Thanks ~

Those twists can be tricky, for sure! First thing is that does the pain continue AFTER you work out? You may want to try icing it after your workouts or taking a few days off. If not, you may want to just modify it (don't bring your knee up) until you can get it looked at.
But I would also pay close attention to your form. Oftentimes injuries occur due to something about your form being off. Try doing the move in front of a mirror or take a video of yourself doing it and see if you notice anything!
Feel free to friend me, I love me some Turbo!0 -

No - it is literally just when i pull that leg up doing the twist. As soon as I feel it - i drop the leg. So long as the leg is not in that position (during the twist) I can kick - run etc. Weirdest thing!!
I stopped bringing that leg up during the workouts because of this . My other leg is fine during them. As soon as I lift the leg knee up half way it hits! Worst part - I can bring my knee up from a regular standing position NO problem ?!?! Also during one of the others it just has knee lifts (no twist) and there is no problem..so maybe you are right and it has something to do with my form when I perform it on the left that I am not doing with the right.0
