In decent shape and struggling with few lb weight loss

Im 24 and used to be a collegiate athlete. I am 145 pounds but slender. I love working out when I go but its hard when I am no longer with a team, so I started my goal of clean eating to keep small and hopefully lose the twenty pounds I have recently gained. It has been months and I have about five meals a day adding up to a total of 1200 to 1400 calories a day. I cheat every now and then but not horrible. I eat a lot of just plain veggies, fruit, and protein bars which I check the labels because a lot of them are not good for you. I don't cook because I am living with family until my house gets built this summer. Does anybody have some tips on losing a couple of pounds when your already in pretty good shape?
