To my Canadian MFPers. If you have not tried these truly Canadian apples, you are missing something. They are only around for a few months in the winter and I only tried one for the first time today. They are crisp and sweet and tart and tangy. Apparently, they are good for eating and baking. They are only rivaled, in my taste, by the first Macs of the fall. I'm interested to see if others have tried them, and thoughts. I will have to get some more before they are gone for the season.
