80 pounds lost!

I started this journey at 238 pounds, and with a 50 inch waist on August 19th, 2013 Today I am down 80 pounds and weigh 158 and my waist is a healthy 31 inches. I still have about 22 pounds more to lose to reach a healthy weight but I am still proud of how far I've came.
