Toning v. fat loss

So I want to trim/tone my tummy and back of the legs/butt. They're not bad at this point, but those two areas and the back of my arms are where there is still some jiggle. I'm not sure but I think my BFI is around 21-22% and I don't really want to lower my BFI since another side effect is losing it in the bust (which has already happened a lot after kids and losing 55lbs a few years ago)! If I switch my goal to maintaining weight and just continue with my current cardio kickboxing and kettlebell routine, do you think I'll be able to tone these areas without necessarily losing any more body fat?
