Low Calorie foods on the road

Life's been busy lately, and I'm half starved during the day preparing to grab some garbage on the go. What are some low calorie snacks and meals you can get at the gas station, drive thru, etc. when you just don't have a chance to plan ahead?
Tonight, I'm going to Subway for a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub, but am not sure what to have with it.

Many convenience stores now have apples and bananas. I like having apples or celery with peanut butter with me as a quick snack on the road.0

Ten healthy, filling snacks…banana, hard boiled eggs, nuts (almonds & pistachios), peanut butter, oatmeal, cottage cheese, plain greek yogurt, sunflower seeds, apples and watermelon, and natural fruit smoothies.0

"Sandwich nutrition values include 9-Grain Wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers and cucumbers. Values do not include cheese unless noted." per subways website
A six inch of that type is 370 calories.0
