I wake up in the morning and I feel SO nauseous that I used to not eat breakfast at all unless I had been up early and a few hours had passed before breakfast time..

Now that I am eating low carb sometimes my husband will try to surprise me by waking me up with eggs for breakfast and I can't even stomach that and I feel so bad but even the smell makes me feel like im going to throw up.... If I've been awake A while I can handle it... It's odd. But usually I eat ham and pickle rolls for breakfast.. Which is wierd I know, but it's fast and easy and doesn't make me want to hurl...

I'm also not a morning eater. When I first started losing weight (I had found mfp yet) I was dropping 5lbs a week easy. This went on for about 6 weeks. I wasnt under eating, just switched from processed.crap to "clean" eating. I also quit pop at the same time. I started weighing 275lbs. Hope this helps, good luck!

You know what's very strange though is that my fitness pal initially had me on 1650cals/day but when I updated it after losing 6 or so lbs they downed it to 1250 so that's what I've been working with but to me that's a drastic change, wouldn't you say?

It must have changed either your activity level or your "I want to lose ___ pounds per week".

Yes. 1250 cals/day is bad. MFP is setting you up for failure with that crazy low intake number. This isn't just my opinion, but shared by a big segment of the "big losers" here on MFP. I recommend trying the TDEE-X% method to lose weight. I'm 5'5', 37yo female, and I eat 1600 cals/day using the TDEE method (okay, I totally cheat to around 1700-1750 a day), I workout 8-10 hrs/week, and am losing steadily. I'm only telling you this because I fell into the 1200 cal trap myself, that lasted a week, and then I wised up...

If you haven't been bombarded with the following awesomeMFP thread link below, I recommend checking it out!!! It's golden.
