801010 High Carb Raw Vegan

Hi
Is anybody here doing 801010 , high carb low fat, raw foods, vegan??
What is your experience with it , especially with raw foods
. Im doing raw fruits and veggies and sometimes rice and quinoa.

    Hey! I have been following the lifestyle since January- it's been amazing so far! The biggest pro has been how positive I have become as a person. After years of calorie restricting and being hungry, feeding myself has made me a lot happier and less obsessive about food! I've also noticed my stress levels decrease and my athletic performance has excelled. My weight has steadily been going down whilst eating between 2000-2500 calories. I eat fruits, vegetables, rice, pasta, potatoes and sometimes legumes.

    I am just talking from personal experience- but I haven't a single complaint about this way of eating. People have ranted at me about it being unhealthy, but I don't see it. I generally think people can be closed minded about something that seems so "radical", yet it isn't any more "radical" than people on an extreme paleo diet. It's just a way of eating that obviously works wonders for some!

    Thats great!!! I stopped cuz I was gaining weight :(
    But yes, my energy levels and general feeling was great!!

    but it became a little stress to buy fruits, I dont have a car.
    and I missed my PEANUT bUTTER :)))

    bUT i STILL believe fruits are the best :)
