Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I am planning on starting the 30 day ripped DVD and would love to find someone who is also doing this or is wanting to do this for moral support and motivation. Any takers?

    I'm halfway through level two...didn't take any measurements, but as with the shred, can feel something get easier as you go along.
