confused and need help!

ok guys.,,i have tried every diet out there - and i know what i need to do to lose weight, but having trouble applying it. weight watchers works great, but i feel really hungry on it and cant get all my protein in with the points im allowed. i have used many different sites to figure out my macros- and they are all different!! i just want to eat clean and lose weight, and when i start i do good but then i get stuck at the same weight and cant get any lower. has anyone else had these problems and overcome them? any advice would be appreciated!

Eat "clean" (whatever that means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal. Deprivation can lead to bingeing.
