confused and need help!

ok guys.,,i have tried every diet out there - and i know what i need to do to lose weight, but having trouble applying it. weight watchers works great, but i feel really hungry on it and cant get all my protein in with the points im allowed. i have used many different sites to figure out my macros- and they are all different!! i just want to eat clean and lose weight, and when i start i do good but then i get stuck at the same weight and cant get any lower. has anyone else had these problems and overcome them? any advice would be appreciated!:smile:
