Okay I am getting to my goal weight and I am a little worried because I have been eating 1200 calories for 4 months now and I am to the point where that is making me STUFTED to the brim, now where I am worried is I don't want to go below my goal weight and to maintain it I would have to eat 1650 CALORIES. :noway: So I was wondering for those of you have reached your goal and are maintaing, how hard was it for you to add calories without getting so full you wanted to puke, or did you have that problem? Sorry I know weird question, just wondering.

Treat yourself to higher calorie food that is still healthy for you

Congradulations on your weight loss :drinker:
  • Something else you could try would be to eat an extra smaller meal/snack sometime during the day. You don't need to eat those extra 450 calories along with dinner, for example! That way, you won't feel completely stuffed and you'll get the calories in as well.
