Can I keep the weightloss I got from 3rd molar extraction?

I have been trying to reach my 120 lbs goal, since like forever lol I workout and count calories. I was at 128, and now I'm at 122 after the wisdom teeth extraction (I got 2 removed at the bottom, both were impacted) since basically all I eat is soup, frozen yogurt and water. It's been 3 days after my extraction and I dont think I can chew anytime soon since I'm still swollen and my gums still hurt, I was just wondering if it is possible that I keep this weight when I get better or will I go back to 128 right away when I can eat properly already? Dont get me wrong, I will stop the soft diet gradually as I get better, I really miss eating :( I was just wondering if this is just water weight that I can gain back easily because i really like my current weight :(

I doubt all of the weight that's come off is water weight... from experience I'd say you'll probably gain some back but not all unless you start taking in a lot more calories at once when you do start eating solid food again. Try to gradually increase how much you eat so your body can adjust.

Thank you so much :) I will try to do it gradually and maybe sneak in low impact workouts when I can eat properly already. I've been in bed for 3 days now and my face is still really swollen. Thank you so much :flowerforyou:
