uni weight gain

Last year, I lost lots of weight by healthy eating and exercise, but this year I am at Uni, and at home I eat healthy but when I am away, I eat really bad with all this food temptation, lots on and being away from home, what do I do

You're kidding, right? You eat right, exercise right, and stop using excuses (like being at school). You have to find your own control, sorry, but that is the way it works.

Ah the 'Freshman 15' as it is often called.

Weight loss at university is a common phenomenon, largely owing to increased alcohol consumption, the freedom to eat what one likes while being away from home for the first time, and a sedentary student lifestyle.

But like for everyone else, calorie deficit is the only solution. Make sensible choices, eat a bit less, move a bit more.

    Plan your day.

Eat a good breakfast, take a healthy snack (or 3) and walk everywhere you can
  • Ah!
This is what i'm trying to undo! I started in September and put so much on, mainly because im sat at a desk studying all day! But ive made changes to my diet and make time at the end of the day, usually night by the time im finished to go running and the weight is finally coming off. You just have to make smart choices. Easy!
